Sourdough Pizza Buffet Night @ Rancho Pacifico Baja

We welcome you to our rancho for a completely different Baja experience! Bring your family and friends or meet new friends here while enjoying the beautiful, expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains while eating healthy, thin-crust, fermented sourdough pizza and fresh organic gourmet salads. We are farm-to-table where we work with seasonal ingredients from our rancho and local organic regenerative farms in Pescadero and Todos Santos.  We are ancestral style so don't use any inflammatory oils or refined sugars and follow a zero-waste policy with everything we do! Together with our bone broth pizza sauce (not on vegetarian pizzas), specialty fermented drinks, and homemade nutrient-dense dressings your palate and gut biome will be delighted and nourished. A great experience all around that you won't want to miss!

• If you are RSVP'd we expect payment for your seat for this event. We have limited seats available so anyone coming is considered a paid patron. 

Prices:

*700 pesos per person

Kids 5-12 years - 300 pesos. Children under 5 are free.

* Please let us know ASAP if you can't make it as we usually have a waiting list and suffer from economic impact when people don't show. Being a small business with integrity and using only high quality ingredients we can't afford the loss of no shows. Thank you for your understanding and support.
