Sauerkraut Making Workshop

Service Description

Learn the traditional way of making sauerkraut to improve the health of you and your loved ones. We will learn the full process of making Sauerkraut on the Ranch. Day 1 we will make the sauerkraut and set for fermentation on the ranch. Day 2 (approximately 5 days later) we will re-convene to finish the process including bottling. You will go home with a full write-up for future reference and sauerkraut ready to eat for you and your family.
