What we offer
Rancho Pacifico Baja is always growing and trying to find new ways to give back to the community, while developing their low-impact business. They are passionate about creating healthy, ancestral style products as well as providing opportunities for people to re-connect with nature and their food. They are zero waste in lifestyle and business and one way they do this is by re-purposing glass jars and bottles for their products. They aim to help people feel more connected to their food and the world around them while improving their health and well being.
They opened their wood fired sourdough bakery in 2020 and have been hosting monthly Pizza Nites on the ranch where people can enjoy buffet style sourdough pizza's and an organic salad bar. Here you can experience the natural beauty of a rustic ranch while eating healthy nutrient dense foods with friends and family! They also take orders online for their sourdough products and wild desert ferments and arrange for pick up options in Pescadero every two weeks.

Next season they hope to do more private events on their ranch either by Private Pizza Parties or by renting out the space for workshops and retreats. With their king skyroom, glamping tents and lots of space for camping they feel this facility would be a great resource for functions that are completely different than what is currently available in the area. Here you can hike or sit back and enjoy what rancho life has to offer!
Whether camping out under the stars or participating in an event; They welcome you to the Rancho where they strive to inspire others to live more simply and in harmony with nature while also improving their health and well-being with healing foods.

Creating nourishing products using traditional techniques of fermentation with quality organic, local ingredients.

Once a month from November through May we host public Pizza Nights on our Rancho. Here you can eat a variety of fresh homemade sourdough pizza's and our organic salad buffet! You need to RSVP for the events as seating is limited. These events are popular for the beautiful views, rustic charm and amazing nutrient dense, ancestral style homemade food.

Come stay in our Campground, Glamping tents, or King bedroom and experience the beauty of a rustic Rancho life.

About Us
In 2017, Dane and Sabrina purchased their large acreage in Pescadero and named it Rancho Pacifico Baja. Starting with a goal of self-sufficiency and living as close to nature as possible, they developed the land very slowly and with a small budget every winter season. Most of the infrastructure was built by hand in order to preserve the plant species and to have minimal impact as possible. In 2019 they built their wood-fired Bakery and multi use Palapa which was first used as their kitchen before they built their concrete building. They developed the business first in order to support their lifestyle and have been living camping-style on the ranch ever since. The campground was naturally the next part of the business to develop. It is important for them to inspire others to live more simply and connected with nature so the campground and other accommodations provide an opportunity to do just that. In 2020 when a strong immune system became the forefront of everyone’s minds, they decided to share their knowledge and healthy nutrient-dense products with the community and started selling their sourdough bread, baked goods and wild desert ferments at the local markets. Over time more and more people expressed interest in coming to visit the ranch and so they started their Pizza Nights once a month in 2021 and continue to do so to this day.
They are proud to provide the local community with their nourishing products using ancestral techniques for optimal health benefits, while also promoting a simple lifestyle through hands on experiences. They only sell healthy traditional products which include no inflammatory seed oils or refined sugars, sourcing ingredients from local organic, sustainable farmers and supporting businesses with high ethics towards zero waste.
They are well on the way to establishing a high-demand, speciality business to support them in their low-impact lifestyle they desire while also helping to educate the community on living a healthier life more connected with nature.

They hope to one day be able to build themselves a real "green" home and graduate from camping, as well as further develop their business in order to support their lifestyle and goals of self sufficiency while giving back to the community of Pescadero and Todos Santos, BCS.
