We welcome you to our rancho for a completely different Baja experience! Come enjoy the beautiful, expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains while eating healthy, wood fired, thin-crust, fermented sourdough pizza and fresh organic gourmet salads. We are ancestral style so don't use any inflammatory oils or refined sugars and follow a zero-waste policy with everything we do! With our bone broth pizza sauce (not on vegetarian pizzas), specialty fermented drinks and homemade nutrient-dense dressings your palate and gut biome will be delighted and nourished.
