Sourdough PIZZA & SALAD Buffet Night @ Rancho Pacifico Baja

We welcome you to come and enjoy the beautiful, expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains while eating healthy artesanal thin-crust Sourdough Pizza and fresh organic gourmet salads. We are farm-to-table where we work with seasonal ingredients from our Rancho and local organic farms in Pescadero and Todos Santos.  We are ancestral style and don't use any inflammatory oils or refined sugars and follow a zero-waste policy with everything we do! Together with our bone broth pizza sauce, specialty fermented drinks, and homemade nutrient-dense dressings your palate and gut biome will be delighted and nourished. A great experience all around that you won't want to miss!  This is our first Pizza Night of the Season and given there are limited seats, please RSVP soon to avoid dissapointment.
